| Item | Value | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| BTC price | $81,354 (Bitrue 81,354 · Binance 81,320 · Bybit 81,353 · Gate.io 81,345 · Upbit ₩108,998,000) | Under 0.04% between exchanges — no arbitrage gap |
| BTC 24h | +0.57% ($80,893 → $81,354) | Within 1% for the day — catching its breath |
| BTC 24h range | $80,553 ~ $81,585 (hourly closes) | Range 1.3% — narrow = a quiet day |
| ETH price | $2,360 (24h +0.5%) | moving in step with bitcoin |
| Market breadth | 181 up · 98 down (of 279) | Far more coins rose = the market moved up as a whole |
| Above the long-term trendline (EMA200) | 73 coins (41%) | about half = the long-term trend is neutral |
| Kimchi premium (USDT basis) | +0.99% (24h range +0.51% to +1.45%) | Korea is slightly more expensive = normal domestic demand |
| Kimchi premium (BTC basis) | +0.98% (Upbit ₩108,998,000 ÷ FX 1,326.81 = $82,150 vs $81,354) | the same bitcoin, priced at home vs overseas |

| Measured $100 fill (Binance BTC/USDT) | $81,341 · 0% slippage ($100,000 also 0.005%) | fills at the quoted price — plenty of liquidity |
A funding rate at the 0.01% baseline means longs are not crowding the futures market. And a premium near zero means both sides run at a similar temperature. With far more gainers than losers, the market moved together today.
Biggest gainers and losers (24h)
We count only coins with at least $10M turnover listed on three or more exchanges (this keeps single-venue pumps and scam tokens out). Prices come from the largest venue by turnover; turnover from the largest spot venue.

Kimchi premium right now
The kimchi premium (the price gap between Korean and overseas exchanges) is +0.99% — 24h average +1.08%, range +0.51% to +1.45%. Korea is slightly more expensive = normal domestic demand.
Coins with the widest gaps in our latest scan (one row per coin):
- BLUR premium — Bitrue $0.0083 · Upbit $0.00940298 — 13.29% apart
- VVV premium — Bitrue $23.02 · Upbit $23.98 — 4.16% apart
- AXIS premium — Bitget $0.1748 · Upbit $0.1791 — 2.47% apart
Read these gaps after fees, transfer time and FX. They are not an arbitrage call — they are a thermometer for which side of the market runs hotter.
Funding-rate skew (which way futures lean)
The funding rate is a fee that passes periodically between longs and shorts in perpetual futures. Positive means longs pay shorts; the further it drifts from the 0.01% baseline, the more crowded one side is.
- BTC 0.0073% per 8h (about 0.02% a day) — At the baseline = longs are not crowded
- ETH 0.01% per 8h (about 0.03% a day) — At the baseline = longs are not crowded
- AXIS a lot of money is betting it falls — holding leverage costs about 6.04% a day (MEXC)
- BLUR a lot of money is betting it falls — holding leverage costs about 3.35% a day (Bybit)
A holding cost this wide is not an income opportunity — it is a signal that one side is badly crowded. On such coins, price swings dwarf the fee.
Yesterday's main stories
1. US Federal Reserve Holds Interest Rates Steady
On October 28, the US Federal Reserve (Fed) announced its decision to keep the benchmark interest rate unchanged in the range of 3.75% to 4.00% following the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting. The vote ended 10 to 2, with two members dissenting in favor of a 0.25%p rate hike. Fed Chair Kevin Warsh stated in a briefing that the committee will assess additional economic data before the December policy decision.
Bitcoin (BTC), which was hovering around $80,500 right before the announcement, briefly rebounded and recovered the $81,000 level (+0.5% to +0.7% slight increase) as uncertainty was lifted.
2. Robinhood Q3 Crypto Revenue Drops 55%
On October 28, retail brokerage platform Robinhood reported its third-quarter earnings, revealing that crypto trading revenue fell 55% year-over-year to $120 million. Consequently, the company posted an earnings per share (EPS) of $0.51, missing market expectations of $0.55.
Robinhood shares fell 8% in pre-market trading, and the report capped upside momentum for altcoins by confirming lower trading volumes and cautious retail sentiment across the crypto market.
3. Bitcoin Spot ETFs See Volatile Capital Flows
US Bitcoin spot ETFs recorded a massive net outflow of $635 million on October 22, pushing Bitcoin down from the $84,000 range to $80,000. However, net inflows of $110.34 million returned on October 26 to support the downside.
The widening fluctuation in institutional capital flows has kept Bitcoin trading within a tight range between $80,000 and $81,800.
