Terms of Service

01 Service Definition & Nature

AntProfit (hereinafter "Company" or "Service") is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that rents software licenses embedded with cryptocurrency automated-trading algorithms to users.

Features provided by this Service include:

• Spot Bot — places the reserve buy/sell orders you set, at your price, time and size
• Futures Bot — the same reserve orders on futures markets, including leverage
• Grid Bot — repeated buying and selling within a range you define
• AI assistant — market and data lookups, natural-language order assistance, and remote delegation depending on your tier
• Real-time dashboard and notification service
• Referral reward system

02 Eligibility & Account

The Service is available only to individuals or entities that satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Natural person aged 18 or older, or a legally registered entity
• Cryptocurrency trading and the use of related software is legally permitted in your country of residence
• Not subject to any international trade or financial sanctions
• Not a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or U.S. tax resident (U.S. Person), and not a resident of a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) member state
• Have read and agreed to these Terms in full

Account obligations:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password).
• One account per person; accounts may not be transferred or lent to third parties.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the Company.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

03 Software License

Subject to these Terms and the conditions of your chosen subscription plan, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the software.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of the software
• Copying, modifying, distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the software
• Using the software to provide similar services to third parties
• Excessive server requests via automated tools (API abuse)

The license remains valid for the duration of the active subscription period and terminates immediately upon subscription expiry or account suspension.

04 Exchange API Key Management

You activate the bot by registering an API key issued by your exchange. Important requirements regarding API keys:

• Registered API Secrets are stored encrypted on the server and cannot be viewed in plaintext once saved.
• The Company will never execute withdrawals from your exchange account via the API key.
• Configuring IP whitelisting so that the API functions only from the Company's bot server IP is strongly recommended.
• You bear full responsibility for any losses resulting from API key exposure.
• You may revoke (delete) your API key directly from your exchange account at any time.
• Upon account deletion, all registered API key data will be purged from the Company's systems.

05 Subscription & Payment

Subscription plans and payment methods are as follows:

Subscription Plans

• One subscription covers one exchange and one bot type, with no limit on how many coins you run inside it. Subscribe to each combination you need.
• The composition, pricing, and long-term subscription discount rates of each plan are governed by the Plans page within the Service, and the Company may change them.
• Changes to plan composition or pricing do not apply retroactively to subscription periods already paid for.

Payment Method

• Payment is made exclusively via prepaid USDT top-up (BSC BEP-20 or Polygon).
• Subscription fees are deducted upfront from your platform balance when you start or extend a subscription.
• There is no auto-renewal. When the period you paid for ends, the subscription simply stops — you are not charged again, and you extend it yourself if you want to continue.
• Reminder notifications are sent via Telegram and email starting 7 days before expiry.
• When a subscription ends, the coins you hold on the exchange are not sold — stopping is not selling.
• All prices are in USD; any applicable taxes are borne by you.

Adding or Ending Subscriptions

• There are no tiers to upgrade or downgrade between. To use another exchange or another bot type, start that subscription as well.
• Ending requires no separate step — if you do not extend, it ends by itself when the paid period expires.

06 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, refunds are not provided as a general rule. Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

• Refund requests must be submitted via the customer support channel and will be processed within 5 business days.
• Refunds are issued in principle as USDT balance restoration to your platform account.
• Market fluctuations, strategy losses, or unmet profit expectations do not qualify as refund grounds.
• Discounts applied via referral codes may be excluded from refund calculations.
• Bonus balances granted through events or by the Company are not refundable; any bonus amount used for a plan is forfeited (not refunded) upon plan cancellation. Amounts paid using bonus balance are also excluded from referral reward (commission) settlement.
• A free trial bonus granted to new members expires automatically if not used within the period stated at the time it is granted, and is subject to the same rules as bonus balances above (non-refundable, excluded from commission).
• When a refund is approved, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the months used (including any started month) at the regular non-discounted monthly rate. Monthly subscriptions remain usable until the end of the paid period and then stop automatically, with no separate refund.

07 Referral Reward Program

AntProfit operates a two-tier referral reward program:

• Tier 1 Reward: 20% of the monthly subscription fee of directly referred users, paid monthly in USDT
• Tier 2 Reward: 10% of the monthly subscription fee of users referred by your direct referrals, paid monthly in USDT

Important notes on the reward program:

• Rewards are paid only while the referred user's subscription remains active and cease from the month of cancellation.
• Rewards are paid per month actually used — the first month's reward is credited immediately upon payment, and each subsequent month's reward is credited automatically when that service month begins. Rewards for months not yet started are voided if the payment is refunded.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals via multiple accounts will result in immediate account suspension and full forfeiture of all rewards.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards without prior notice if abnormal transaction patterns are detected.
• New subscribers who enter a referral code receive an additional 5% discount on their first month's subscription.
• Reward program terms may be modified at the Company's discretion, with 14 days' advance notice of any changes.

08 Investment Risks & Disclaimer

Risk categories for which the Company is not liable:

• Market Risk: Sudden cryptocurrency price swings, liquidity depletion, exchange circuit-breaker activation
• Exchange Risk: Exchange server outages, exchange insolvency (e.g., FTX), exchange hacks
• Regulatory Risk: Delisting of specific coins, tightening of cryptocurrency regulations by governments
• Technical Risk: Internet disruptions, API latency, slippage causing shortfalls against expected returns
• User Risk: API key exposure, incorrect parameter configuration, service suspension due to insufficient balance

Limitation of Liability:

• The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the user in the most recent one-month period.
• The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or lost opportunities.
• This Service is not a financial investment advisory service; all trading decisions executed by the software are made pursuant to the algorithm parameters set by you.

09 Service Suspension & Account Termination

The Company may suspend the Service or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A confirmed violation of these Terms of Service
• Detection of fraudulent activity including multi-account creation, fraudulent referrals, or system abuse
• Persistent insufficient balance due to non-payment of subscription fees
• Account freeze required pursuant to a legal request (e.g., law enforcement)
• Detection of activity that threatens the security or stability of the Service's systems

Scheduled system maintenance will be announced via Telegram and the notice board at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of an emergency outage, users will be notified immediately upon service restoration.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the AntProfit service — including all software, algorithms, UI/UX design, logos, brand assets, and content — are owned exclusively by the Company.

You retain ownership of trading data and profit data generated during your use of the Service, and the Company will not sell such data to third parties without your consent.

The Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for the purpose of improving service quality.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating the Service using another person's exchange account
• Using the Service for money laundering, tax evasion, or any other illegal purpose
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service or injecting malicious code into the server
• Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain free-trial benefits or referral rewards
• Using the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other conduct that violates exchange policies
• Unauthorized use of the Company's trademarks or brands, or impersonating the Company

12 Amendments to Terms

The Company may amend these Terms when there is a reasonable cause to do so. The following procedure will be followed:

• Material changes will be notified via the service notice board and email at least 30 days before taking effect.
• Minor changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw from the Service and receive a refund of their remaining balance (except bonus balances, which are non-refundable under Article 6).
• Continued use of the Service following the amendment notice will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company's operating entity is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute, resolution will be attempted in the following order:

1. Direct negotiation between the user and the Company (submitted via customer support channels)
2. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim before the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Company's operating entity is incorporated.
