| Item | Value | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| BTC price | $78,093 (Bitrue 78,093 · Binance 78,110 · OKX 78,098 · WhiteBIT 78,100 · Upbit ₩104,399,000) | Under 0.03% between exchanges — no arbitrage gap |
| BTC 24h | +0.68% ($77,565 → $78,093) | Within 1% for the day — catching its breath |
| BTC 24h range | $77,548 ~ $78,285 (hourly closes) | Range 1.0% — narrow = a quiet day |
| ETH price | $2,269 (24h +0.65%) | moving in step with bitcoin |
| Market breadth | 95 up · 96 down (of 191) | Gainers and losers are balanced = mixed |
| Above the long-term trendline (EMA200) | 53 coins (35%) | most sit below the trendline = the long-term trend is still weak |
| Kimchi premium (USDT basis) | +0.32% (24h range +0.32% to +1.09%) | Korean and overseas prices are nearly the same |
| Kimchi premium (BTC basis) | +0.15% (Upbit ₩104,399,000 ÷ FX 1,334.80 = $78,213 vs $78,093) | the same bitcoin, priced at home vs overseas |
| USDT/KRW | 1,339 KRW (reference rate 1,334.80 KRW) | Tether trades 0.3% more expensive than the reference rate |
| Futures funding rate (BTC) | 0.01% per 8h (same on Binance·WhiteBIT·OKX) | At the baseline = longs are not crowded |
| Measured $100 fill (Binance BTC/USDT) | $78,096 · 0% slippage ($100,000 also 0.009%) | fills at the quoted price — plenty of liquidity |
A funding rate at the 0.01% baseline means longs are not crowding the futures market. And a premium near zero means both sides run at a similar temperature. Gainers and losers were balanced, so it came down to the individual coin.
Biggest gainers and losers (24h)
We count only coins with at least $10M turnover listed on three or more exchanges (this keeps single-venue pumps and scam tokens out). Prices come from the largest venue by turnover; turnover from the largest spot venue.

Coins with the widest gaps in our latest scan (one row per coin):
- SOPH premium — Gate.io $0.001495 · Bithumb $0.00193503 — 29.43% apart
- BLUR premium — LBank $0.00789 · Upbit $0.00881255 — 11.69% apart
- G premium — Binance $0.00368 · Upbit $0.00373413 — 1.47% apart
Read these gaps after fees, transfer time and FX. They are not an arbitrage call — they are a thermometer for which side of the market runs hotter.
Funding-rate skew (which way futures lean)
The funding rate is a fee that passes periodically between longs and shorts in perpetual futures. Positive means longs pay shorts; the further it drifts from the 0.01% baseline, the more crowded one side is.
- BTC 0.01% per 8h (about 0.03% a day) — At the baseline = longs are not crowded
- ETH 0.0018% per 8h (about 0.01% a day) — At the baseline = longs are not crowded
- POWR a lot of money is betting it falls — holding leverage costs about 5.73% a day (Bybit)
- HOT a lot of money is betting it falls — holding leverage costs about 3.54% a day (MEXC)
A holding cost this wide is not an income opportunity — it is a signal that one side is badly crowded. On such coins, price swings dwarf the fee.
Yesterday's main stories
1. Binance Resumes Withdrawals Following $6.3 Billion Hack Linked to North Korea
On November 1, Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, gradually resumed withdrawal services for major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) after suspending them due to a $6.3 billion hack on October 29. The FBI officially identified the North Korea-linked hacking group TraderTraitor as the entity behind the attack. Binance stated that it covered over 95% of the lost funds using its internal SAFU fund and corporate assets to ensure no user losses occurred.
The lifting of the withdrawal suspension helped relieve market anxiety, causing Bitcoin and Ethereum to rebound slightly by around +0.6% and recover to the $78,000 and $2,260 levels after dropping to six-week lows.
2. Binance Records $3.6 Billion Net Outflow Post-Withdrawal Resumption
On November 1, immediately after withdrawals were reopened, Binance processed approximately $4.6 billion in withdrawals against $1 billion in deposits over a single day. This resulted in a total net outflow of $3.6 billion, which accounts for about 2.1% of its total assets under management.
While a massive bank run (a situation where a large number of customers withdraw their deposits simultaneously due to insolvency fears) was avoided, persistent market anxiety limited the overall extent of the market recovery.
3. Federal Reserve Holds Interest Rates Steady Amid Hawkish Stance
The U.S. Federal Reserve (Fed) decided to freeze benchmark interest rates during its FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee) meeting held on October 28–29 while maintaining a hawkish (favoring monetary contraction) stance. This announcement dampened investor appetite for risk assets.
This monetary stance served as a primary factor driving Bitcoin down by a total of 7.3% throughout October, leading the cryptocurrency to close the month on a weak note.
