AntProfit is software that connects to cryptocurrency exchange APIs and places trading orders automatically on the conditions you set. It does not take custody of, hold or manage customer funds, and it is not an investment advisory or discretionary management business. See antprofit.com/about for the service overview and contact details, and antprofit.com/security for how funds stay safe.
No. There is no procedure for sending investment funds to AntProfit at all. Your trading capital stays in your own exchange account, and AntProfit does not take custody of, hold or manage customer funds. The only money you pay us is the software subscription fee — it is not investment capital and not a deposit.
AntProfit asks for read and trade permissions only, never withdrawal. Our system does not call any withdrawal API under any circumstances. Registered keys and secrets are sealed with public-key encryption before storage, so no plain text remains in the database, and the private key needed to decrypt them exists only on the trade execution server, never on the web server. Note that on a few exchanges (for example DigiFinex) deposit and withdrawal are bundled into a single permission and cannot be separated — those exchanges are flagged individually in our API setup guide.
With an API key that has no withdrawal permission, withdrawal is structurally impossible. AntProfit does not request withdrawal permission and does not call any withdrawal API. For extra safety we recommend IP whitelisting — register only the AntProfit execution server IP on your key, and it cannot be used from anywhere else even if it leaks. The IP to register is shown in each exchange API setup guide.
Profits are not guaranteed, and AntProfit does not present any expected rate of return. Results depend on market conditions (strong trends, low liquidity, exchange outages) and above all on how you operate the tools, and loss of principal is possible. What AntProfit does is not to generate profit for you, but to give you as much of the information and tooling you need to make better decisions as we can — connections to many exchanges, price and chart data, reserve orders, auto-stop conditions, position and balance management, and alerts. The final call is yours — our job is to make that call easier.
If any of the following happens, it is not AntProfit: someone asks you to send funds to a personal wallet address or bank account; someone asks you to enable withdrawal permission on your API key; someone guarantees a return or demands an additional deposit before you can withdraw. Our only official contact channels are [email protected] and the Telegram channel @AntProfitOfficial. Contact from any other route is not connected with us.
AntProfit sets no minimum. What you actually need depends on the rules of the exchange you use — each exchange sets a minimum order size per coin, and an order below that simply will not fill. The settings screen shows a recommended minimum budget per coin and risk level. Your trading capital stays in your own exchange account; you never send it to AntProfit. The only thing AntProfit receives is the software service fee, which is deducted from your prepaid USDT balance.
AntProfit supports USDT payment only. Card payments can be cut off by country restrictions or issuer declines, and having access interrupted partway through is critical for an automated trading tool. We therefore accept only USDT, which is unaffected by borders. Deposits are supported on two networks, BSC (BEP-20) and Polygon, and fees are deducted from your topped-up balance. If you cancel a plan, the portion you paid in cash is refunded under our policy; bonus balance received through events is not refundable.
The list of supported exchanges keeps growing — check the exchange connection screen after signing up for the latest list.
Auto trading and reserve orders run on the exchange you select.
It depends on the plan. Plans marked as futures in the price table require a futures account (USDT margin) at your exchange; plans without that mark work with a spot account alone. Note that whether a futures account can be opened, and on what terms, is not decided by AntProfit — it follows the policy of the exchange concerned. Futures trading may be restricted or require additional steps depending on the exchange, your country, and your verification level, so please check that exchange policy before you start.
The bot stops by itself when a condition you set is reached — your profit target (based on realized profit), your stop-loss price or your trading period — or when an order would exceed the size cap. On stop it cancels its open orders, and you choose in advance whether coins the bot bought are kept or sold at market. It does not stop when the price leaves the grid range or a strong trend appears — your stop-loss setting limits losses. If the exchange briefly stops responding or an order is not accepted, orders stay in place while it checks again and retries. The stop reason is shown on your My Plans page, and you can restart anytime after reviewing it.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling still lets you use the remaining period you have already paid for. Refunds apply only to the cash balance you actually paid; bonus balance granted through promotions is not refundable.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are applied immediately, while downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Rewards are paid per month your referral actually uses. The first month is credited immediately upon their payment, and each following month is credited automatically when that service month begins.
On the Notification Settings page of your dashboard, press the Telegram link button — the Telegram bot chat opens, and your account links automatically once you start the chat. After linking, account and trading alerts such as reserve order fills and status changes, deposit confirmations, price alerts and circuit-breaker notices are sent to Telegram (these cannot be turned off). Kimchi premium updates, coin news, the daily market report and marketing/event news can be switched on or off per email, Telegram and app on the same page. Grid bot fills are not sent to Telegram; they are shown on your My Plans page.
